Insured Courier Shipping & Fulfillment

At Crown & Consign (CROWN RESALE LLC), every high-value electronic device, smartphone, luxury timepiece, and authenticated designer collectible is dispatched with security-first fulfillment standards.

Order Processing & Diagnostic Verification

All items undergo our final multi-point verification and condition grading protocol prior to packaging. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once verified, each item is packed in reinforced, climate-protected vault packaging sealed with a serialized tamper-evident security tag.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Insured Delivery: 3–5 business days. Fully tracked and insured.
• Express / Overnight Delivery: 1–2 business days. Priority carrier dispatch.
• Signature Requirement: For buyer protection, all shipments valued over $250 require an adult direct signature upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive an email confirmation with your real-time tracking number. Please allow 12–24 hours for carrier tracking scans to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Every shipment is 100% insured for its full purchase value. If your package arrives with physical damage or evidence of tampering, please photograph the outer packaging and security seal immediately and contact us within 48 hours at crownresalellc@yahoo.com.
