Authenticity & Accuracy Guarantee

If any item purchased from Crown & Consign is found not to be 100% authentic by an accredited third-party authenticator, or differs materially in condition grading from our certified description, you are eligible for an immediate full refund including all shipping costs.

Standard Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery date, subject to the following requirements:

The serialized tamper-evident security seal and authentication tag must remain attached and intact.
Items must remain in their original received condition, with all included accessories, boxes, papers, certificates, and warranty cards.
Returned items will undergo reverification and diagnostic inspection by our team upon arrival before a refund is issued.

Return Process

Initiate your return request by contacting crownresalellc@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and return packaging guidelines.
Package the item securely inside the original vault box with all protective material intact.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and completion of the reverification inspection (typically 2–3 business days), refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your financial institution statement.
